My girlfriends and I went out on a Thursday night for a ladies night out and found this fabulous place called Coyote Bar and Grill. Coyote Bar and Grill is located on W. Baseline in Hillsboro, Oregon. The night we went was Karaoke Night, the signing started at 9p. While others belted out their best rendition of their favorite song, we played online trivia.
Dinner was delicious, drinks well made and the prices are very reasonable. The most expensive meal on the menu was $24, for a 10oz Bison rib eye steak dinner. If you don’t care for Bison they have beef, chicken, burgers and salads.
Friday and Saturday nights they have live entertainment, bands such as Paradox, and Bedhead. Sunday is bandstand, Tuesday’s Texas hold’em, and of course Thursday night Coyote Idol III.
The Coyote Bar and Grill serves bison meat, also know as Buffalo. Bison’s are handled as little as possible. Bison live on grass and spend very little time in the feedlots. There is no need for artificial growth stimulants or sub-therapeutic use of antibiotics. Bison meat is a very healthy red meat and does not have a gamey taste. Below are the health facts of bison meat in comparison to other meats. Chart information provided by Coyote Bar and Grill.

P.S. the restrooms are clean and Nick our waiter very attentive. All in All, a great girl’s night out. One of the girls just delivered her second child, but cannot wait to go again.
