Farrah Fawcett - A Legend Passes
By, Marion J. Flores
One of my, as well as many others, childhood idols Farrah Fawcett sadly passed away on June 25, 2009. She was born, Ferrah Leni Fawcett, in Corpus Christi, Texas on February 2, 1947. She was the younger of two children born to Pauline and James Fawcett. Farrah was a beautiful mixture of French, English and Choctaw Native American. In her early school years, she attended a Roman Catholic School. She graduated from high school in 1965 and continued to pursue her education at the University of Texas. While in college she became a member of the Delta Delta Delta Sorority.

Some of this information maybe startling, shocking, or even offensive, but it is information that you must know. Why do you need to know?

Are They Laughing With Me or At Me
By, Kerri Copeland
At the moment of an embarrassing or compromising crisis, if it’s happening to you, they are laughing at you. Hopefully, we all have a good enough sense of humor to look back at the situation and laugh at ourselves. In order to get past it, you pretty much have to laugh; otherwise you might go crazy. That’s pretty much how my day went a few months ago. Everyone was laughing but me. |
