Ingredients:
1 8 OZ Container of whipped topping (defrosted)
1.5 Cups of miniature marshmallows
1 (3.4 oz) package of pistachio instant pudding
1 20 OZ can of pineapple tidbits – well drained
1/2 Cup of coconut
Set aside a small handful of marshmallows and coconut to top the dish with at the end. In a large bowl mix all ingredients until well blended. Top with the extra handfuls of marshmallows and coconut for decoration. (Additionally, one cup of mandarin oranges can be added in addition to the pineapple, or as an alternative to the pineapple.) Finally, if you enjoy nuts the dish can be topped with walnuts for an additional texture, flavor, and color. |
Ingredients:
1 Chicken Breast Per Person
1 5.6 OZ Package Of Fresh Raspberries
1 16OZ Bottle of Blueberry and Pomegranate Salad Dressing
1 Toothpick Per Piece of Chicken
Rinse Chicken. Cover each piece of chicken with a small piece of saran wrap, then beat the chicken until it is approximately ¼” thick. Uncover chicken then place 3 or 4 raspberries in the center of the chicken. Wrap the chicken around the berries. Skewer each individual piece of chicken with a toothpick to hold it around the berries. Pour Blueberry and Pomegranate salad dressing over the chicken, and let it sit in the marinade for 20-30 Minutes (Can sit in marinade overnight for additional flavor.)
Chicken can be cooked either in the over at 350 degrees.
OR
Chicken can be grilled to perfection.
